Our Commitment to Transparency

Nationwide Boycott was built on the belief that collective consumer action is most powerful when it is honest, organized, and accountable. This Transparency Policy explains how we operate, how boycotts are listed and managed, and how we handle content moderation — so that users, organizations, and the public can trust what they find here.

1. How Boycotts Are Listed

Boycotts on this Platform are submitted by registered users. We do not endorse, verify, or independently investigate the claims made in any boycott listing. Each listing reflects the views and allegations of the individual or group who submitted it, not the views of Nationwide Boycott.

We display boycotts as submitted, provided they comply with our Terms of Service.

2. We Do Not Accept Payment to Feature or Remove Boycotts

Nationwide Boycott does not accept payment from any company, organization, or individual to promote, suppress, remove, or alter any boycott listing. Boycott visibility on the Platform is determined solely by user engagement and recency — never by financial arrangement.

3. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that:

  • Contains false statements of fact presented as true
  • Targets private individuals for harassment or harm
  • Promotes violence or illegal activity
  • Violates our Terms of Service

Content removal decisions are made by our moderation team. We do not remove boycotts simply because the subject of a boycott requests removal. However, if you believe a listing contains factually false or defamatory content, you may submit a dispute through our contact page for review.

4. Participant Data

When users sign a boycott, their participation is recorded to display accurate participant counts. We do not sell, share, or expose individual participant identities publicly without consent. Aggregate participation numbers are displayed on boycott listings.

5. Platform Funding

Nationwide Boycott is independently operated. We may generate revenue through advertising, optional premium features, or donations. Any advertising present on the Platform is clearly identifiable as such and does not influence boycott listings or content.

6. Affiliations

Nationwide Boycott is not affiliated with any political party, government body, corporation, or advocacy organization. We are a neutral platform for the exercise of free speech and consumer action.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Platform evolves. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
