1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nationwide Boycott (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at nationwideboycott.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit boycott listings, descriptions, comments, and other content (“User Content”) to the Platform. By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the content
  • The content is factually accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • The content does not defame, harass, threaten, or target any individual for personal harm
  • The content does not violate any applicable law

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or its users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory information about any person or organization
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual
  • Promote violence or illegal activity
  • Spam, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Platform
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

6. First Amendment & Protected Speech

Nationwide Boycott supports the constitutional right to peaceful protest, organized consumer action, and free expression. Boycotts are a recognized and protected form of speech and political expression under U.S. law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict lawful boycott activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nationwide Boycott shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including damages resulting from user-submitted content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nationwide Boycott, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Nationwide Boycott is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
